So I found a picture of Kyle when he was little. Then I found one of Kyesun when he was about 2. and then I found one of Kayben that I recently took of him. They all three have something in common and I thought they were soo cute. Take a look for yourself. Im sure it runs in my family, how about yours!?

Countdown and Baby Update

Well I took my Countdown for kyle to come home down. My reason is, It seemed to never countdown for me. It seems like it has said 180 days for like 80 days. lol I guess it makes it seem alot longer when in all actuality we only have about 5 months. And when you say 5 months that seems shorter then 180 days! So that is my reason for it. Kyle I love you and we are still counting down the days for you at home.

BABY UPDATE

Well our lil "Peanut" is still kicking, no literally he still is kicking. And its not little flutters anymore. He is doing lots of flips and is constantly kicking me. I guess that's what babies do right lol. He is as healthy as can be and I only have hopefully 1 more specialist appointment left, yay me! My next appointment is next Tuesday and so far my cervix is still long and going strong. I am sooo EXCITED!!! I could not ask for such a better pregnancy while my husband is gone. Kyle reminded me what a blessing it was and that is the truth. We have been blessed with our lil peanut and a healthy family. So far so good in the Dowdy home. Now if we could figure out a name! As you can see I have a lil name poll going. Kyle has left picking out the name to me. I really need some help, so if you could PLEASE vote I would appreciate it. Our lil guys middle name is going to be Dean after my dad. We usually give our boys the same initials as Kyle. But I thought it would be neat to name him after my dad. And im hoping that Our peanut will know that he has a special name even though he doesn't have the same initials as his daddy.

What do you think?

I can see it now.....

Kayben is seriously different from Kyesun. I know tell most of you about his craziness. This kid sure does keep me on my toes. He is always into something. I can see it now, I am going to have another lil boy come Feb. and I think Kayben is going to be a big influence and I am going to have 2 lil terrors. lol
Here are a couple of pictures that I am going to post that will explain themselves. He is just a hyper on the go kid. But I sure do love him and his many faces!!!

Birthday Boy

Kyesuns 7TH Birthday was on the 15Th. This post is a little later due to the fact that I took forever to upload my pictures.

Kyesun is getting really big. In fact on the day of his birthday he came to me and said "Mom I know I'm today but I really don't feel like I'm 7ft tall today." It was the cutest thing. I cant believe that he is 7 years old and in 1st grade, Its just crazy to me. He is so smart and is very polite yet bossy and stubborn at times. He loves his brother and is always sharing with him even though he doesn't want to all the time. His Best Friends are J.C., Malik and Gage. His hero and role model is his dad. He wants to be like wolverine so he can help catch bad guys with the cops. He Really likes to listen to the Jonas Brothers and his favorite is Joe Jonas because "He is cool." He is still into wrestling and we recently took a mommy and son day to a WWE match here in the valley. We had a blast together just him and I.

Kyesun We love you so much and are so proud to call you our son. You are unique and such an awesome boy. I love watching you have fun and do the things that make you the most happy. I love going to your hip hop class and seeing you learn. I love how thoughtful you are and how you tell me everyday at least 10 times that you love me. I love how you help me and are so caring. I love that you take responsibility for your actions. I love You love bug and I hope you had an amazing 7Th Birthday!!!

7th Anniversary!

My goodness I cant believe I have been married for 7 years! It is crazy how much you grow in 7 years. Kyle and I have been through so much together and this anniversary was so bittersweet! We have known each other for 9 years. We met in high school through a friend. we dated off and on until kyle graduated and after that we were always together. Kyle and I have been through 2 deployments, one that is still going and will be finish next year. We have 2 wonderful little boys and a little angel in heaven. We have shed alot of tears over losing 3 babies and have grown from them. We bought out first house when kyle was 21 and I was 19. We have had ups and downs and have found ways to make it through all those hurdles. Kyle is an amazing guy and he surprises me all the time. Weather its from sending me flowers while he is away on bad days. or from writing 25 things he loves about me. Or just a simple email that he finds time to write while he has school classes and 12-8 hour work days in Iraq. He is simple wonderful. He is a strong man and is always there to comfort me when I'm not feeling to good and always makes me smile. He is an energetic soul. We have so much in common and I absolutely love that. This year I got to give him one of the best gifts a guy could ever ask for. It was an AUTOGRAPHED Larry Fitzgerald jersey. I wrote to Larry and his assistant got back to me. I would like to thank Shawn for all of his help and Larry for his time. Kyle surprised me with a night at the AZ Biltmore Hotel on sat. and then we went to a cards game on Sunday. Although the cardinals lost it was still so much fun. We always have a blast when we are together.

Kyle I just want to tell you that you mean the world to me. Thank you for being my husband these past 7 years. Thank you for always encouraging me to do my best! Thank you for providing for our lil family and for always striving to be better. I am excited for our future and I cant wait for you to get home so I don't have to watch sports by myself anymore. I love more than you know. Be safe out there and I will see you in 6 months!

Happy 7Th Anniversary,
Always & Forever
Erin
