Farewell..........

OK so I am writing this to say farewell for now. Tomorrow our Internet is getting shut off. We are picking up our Budget truck and we are almost ready to MOVE! Yay AZ here we come!! So until I get the Internet up and running then I will not be able to post. Wish us luck on our move and I would like to say thanks to those they are going to help with the move ahead of time. lol Talk to you all soon. ...... DEUCES

Moving, Yikes!

That's right the Dowdys are headed west!
We are moving next weekend, and though we are really excited we will miss our family and friends here. Thank you all for your help and your friendship! I will keep you all up to date just like I have been. I still have a ton of pictures to post from our trip but I have been soooo busy lately with packing and being sick. We love you all and hope that we can still keep in touch with you. If your are ever in AZ give me a call or if I am here visiting then I will call you. Thanks again for being so amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pepsi Center for the Nuggets game!

We got to go to a Denver Nuggets game and it was pretty fun even though We didnt get to see who we wanted to play. lol Kayben absolutely loved it. He was clapping and dancing 24/7. And They gave the boys cute little reindeer.

Pretty Bird

The guy was pretty funny too. We couldn't get any good pictures really because Kayben kept moving. But it was fun and we enjoyed ourselves.

Today is Kaybens 1st Birthday! OMG can you believe it because I can't. He is just getting so Big so FAST. He is the cutest kid and has the personality to go with it. He is playful and loves to smile! I just wanted to wish him a Very Happy Birthday.

American Museum of Natural History (NYC)

This place was amazing it had 4 levels of fun, fun, fun, fun. They had dinosaurs and animals. They had this huge Christmas tree that had paper dinosaurs and stars and tons of cool thing.

Amazing Jakes

It lives up to its name! they have an all you can eat buffet and tons of games. Lazer tag, bumper cars, racing and kiddie rides. the boys had a blast. Yes the picture of the boys in the train has both boys and kyle too. Kyesun made Kyle get in with him, lol.

ok so I just updated my music player... I know there is a TON of Taylor Swift and Paramore but that is my new craze. I use to hate TS but I just love her album fearless if you havent heard it the songs I have are from that album. listen to them they are good. And you have to like Paramore.... I Do

Our Trip back East

Ok guys here is my attempt at making this a great post. We were in NYC and DC for 2 weeks so bare with me. I took for 1200 pictures and there is absolutely no way I can post them all. I am just going to tell you where we went and what was there. The pictures will explain themselves.


We started our trip on my birthday and drove to Dever,Co. We had a lot of fun in dever. We took the kids to Amazing Jakes and it really lives up to its name. That night we went to a nuggets game and had fun although the players we wanted to see either got traited or werent playing BOO!!!

Then it was off to the Big Apple on the 23 of dec. Flying in was crazy because of the plane that had crashed a couple of days before and then it snowed the night before. getting to our hotel was easy and they upgraded us for free (Kyle kept singing that let me upgrade you song by beyonce). We went and had dinner and went back to our hotel for the night, the boys were exhausted.

The next day we went to the musuem and it was HUGE 4 stories and had tons of stuff. We just kept going and going.. we also tried to go ice skaing in rockefeller center and in central park and it was so full the wait was 2 hours and if you have kids there is no waiting 10 minutes let alone 2 hours! We tried 2 for both places and NYC was jammed packed the week we were there. They had streets closed of just for people to walk, it was CRAZY. We did see some AMAZING fountains around the city and they were decorated for the holidays. and all the stores on 5th Ave. let me just tell you, SO CUTE! The LV store was way awesome. We did get to go on a carriage ride through Central Park and that was alot of fun!!! We saw the statue of Liberty and she is soooo BIG! lol
We went to the wax musuem as well and Kyesun had fun there. We went to the Empire State Building and it was GORGEOUS! We also went to the 9/11 memorial and OMG that was something to see and I recommend taking the tour it was so worth it! You have someone who experienced 9/11 as your tour guide and someone who was personally connected to someone that passed in 9/11. My heart goes out to all who were personally affected by that tragedy. That was by far one of the things I will never forget!
Our last night there we took Kyeusn to the WWE event. It was his christmas present from santa and HE LOVED IT! It was pretty fun, Just seeing his eyes light up and his big smile made my day! He is one of the biggest wrestling fans!!! All in all NYC was fun but a little overcrowded and not meant for kids! They had yummy food but we enjoyed DC alot more! We came to find out we are definately not city people, if just one more person pushed me Kyle would be picking me up at the local jail! lol kidding people

Now for Washington DC. it was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had a blast here and it was so much more laid back then NYC. We went to the Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington and WWII memorials. And we also went to the Whitehouse on our last night and got to see the vice presidents house!

The memorials were so Beautiful and the food was great too. I recommend that everyone visit our nations Capital.

So thats about our trip we had an amazing time together as a family we took tons of pictures and Kyle was romantic and gave me a beautful ring. He is a wondeful person... I am sure going to miss him without a doubt and Ialready cant wait till he gets home..
